Personal training sessions for members:
Per session - single person = $55.00

20 sessions = $800.00

Private personal training sessions for non members: 10 sessions = $550.00

Group training sessions: Per session group training for 2 people = $30.00 each total $60.00

Day/class pass = $15.00 includes one class and use of weight room facility.

We have three beautiful massage rooms.
Massage therapy hours:
Monday through Thursday 8:30AM to 7PM
Friday 8:30AM to 4PM
Saturday 11AM to 3PM
Rates:
30 minutes for $40.00.
60 minutes for $80.00.
90 minutes for $110.00.
